For this March episode, our special guest is Valentina Musicaro- a lovely nail technician from Italy. She is very talented and loves to play around with glitter and gels. Let's discover her story and take a look at some of her favorite nail art designs! 💅
MG: When did you start your career?
At first, I became interested in this Nail World back in 2001. I officially started as a nail technician in 2004! So over 16 years, I do what I love the most!
MG: What do you like most about doing your nails?
I like to make people happy!
MG: Who was / was the biggest source of inspiration for your career as a nail technician?
There are many people I follow, both on YT and on IG. From each of them I learn and I learned a lot!
MG: Why did you start the Instagram channel?
I started the Instagram page, right after my Youtube channel, so I can post swatches and tutorials over there as well! I like to share my work and creativity with my community.
MG: What is your favorite nail tool / gadget?
Hmm, it's actually a combination of multiple ones. The manual and the electric file, the brushes...
MG: Do you have any favorite type of design that you like to create?
Oh, well...For a few months now, I have been really enjoying creating the Baby Boomer Nails and creating effects with glitter in various sizes. I can't stop!
MG: How many gels do you have?
What are your 3 favorite Madam Glam gels?
I have so many...I can't really count them! My favorite? First- the Base Coat Gel- since I had the pleasure to get introduce to it, I only use this! Any gel polish color and the Builder Coral Gel.
MG: What's your best tip for getting beautiful and well-groomed nails?
For natural nails, you must always nourish the skin and cuticles with special creams and oils! Stay hydrated!
MG: Which celebrity would your dream client be? Why?
Haha, actually nobody! Why? Because when I get excited, I don't work really well...
MG: Do you have any advice or advice to share with our community, young and future nail tech or simply nail lovers?
I would say that passion makes us go really far! In order to become a good professional, one must inquire and follow valid courses but also be original and let his creativity flow around!
