DOs & DON'Ts: Gel Polish on Natural Nails | Laurart x Madam Glam
Maria MGDON’T SKIP A BASE COAT: Apply one layer of our perfect soak-off base gel: apply it as close to the edges as possible but also try to avoid your cuticles or skin. It's really important to cap the free edge. Cure it under the led lamp for 1 minute.
GEL COATS: DON'T PICK UP TOO MUCH PRODUCT AT ONCE: Go on and ahead apply your first nice and thin layer of gel. Don’t forget to cure it under the led lamp! Don't attempt a full coverage application on the first layer because the polish might not cure well! DO apply two coats of gel and make sure to cure them in between.
If you do get gel polish on your skin, then make sure that you remove it before you cure!
DO APPLY A TOP COAT: you’re done with the color, so it’s time to seal off everything and give your nails a nice final touch by applying a thin layer of our top coat gel polish. One last time, cure your nails under the lamp!
p.s: If you want to skip this step, you can totally apply our No-Wipe Top Coat gel!
Using a paper towel and a little bit of alcohol, DO wipe-off the excess. This procedure will help you prevent the dust and other small particles to destroy your manicure and will also help your nails look beautiful as much as possible.
At last, DON'T APPLY THE CUTICLE OIL IMMEDIATELY after curing because it can make the shine on the top coat dull.
You’re all set! ✨
